We can service and repair your machinery at our depots in Denbigh or Mochdre at competitive prices.
We have fully equipped workshops at both branches and all our staff are experienced and highly knowledgeable in their field. We carry a vast range of spares, accessories and consumables in stock. Anything we do not have in stock can usually be ordered in within 24/48 hrs (Provided items are in stock with our suppliers
Service department opening hours are Mon-Fri, 8am to 5.30pm
if we inspect a machine and the customer decides that they do not want us to carry out the repair because it is too costly then we charge a £20 + VAT inspection fee. This is waivered if the customer purchases a replacement machine from us.
All power tools handed in for repair are subject to an examination charge if no repair is approved.
Collection of repairs – if machinery/equipment is not collected within 3 months of notification that it is ready for collection DPS reserve the right to dispose of the goods and/or charge for storage.
