My husband and I were looking to replace our 23yr old Stihl hedge cutter as it was becoming unreliable. While shopping around we found there aren’t many places where you can go and look at equipment and ask questions these days, so we were very pleased to find Denbigh Plant Services. It was worth a trip.
Paul and his team were very helpful and patient, answering all our questions while we made up our minds on what to buy. There was no hard sell, just honest advice.
We decided on a Sthil petrol model which is a newer version of our previous one. The price was very competitive compared to others we had looked at.

Recently went here with an emergency needing 4 screws for my hedge trimmer without which I couldn’t work. Other providers needed to order them in but these said on the phone they’d scrape them together for me and they sure did!
On arriving Jude cleaned the workings and then fitted the screws.

I visited Denbigh Plant Services last weekend and boy was I pleasantly surprised!!! Not only did Paul and Sian go above and beyond for me looking for a part for my lawnmower (my first time owning one so I’m very new to all this), but they are also very well priced. I had been looking around and Denbigh was the best option. I want to thank Paul and Sian for the lovely experience I had in store today, I will be back!! (hopefully not because of my faulty lawnmower again!!)

As a Customer service trainer I never expect to meet the standards of service that I set but I certainly did here. Paul was simply brilliant. Other companies would do well to take a trip to Denbigh Plant Hire so they could see how they fair compared to them. Unvelievable. 5 stars all day.

Excellent customer service, technical knowledge and good vfm from DPS yet again. This time servicing my chainsaw – which looks brand new compared to the state it was in when I dropped it off! I have had the pleasure in doing business with Denbigh Plant for the last three years. They have always been approachable and also accommodating with all my enquiries. We have had no issues with customer service or sales or hire or repairs during this time. Denbigh Plant and all the staff that work their are easy to communicate with and all ways open and honest to give you the best practical advise they can in relation to sales or hire. I have also had my machines in for repair and service and again this was done in a timely manner as expected. All my repairs have come back in great condition without any problems as was the services. Absolute asset & support to any business.
