I recently bought the SH86 Blower/Vacuum. Why did I buy it here?
1. I had already hired a hedge trimmer earlier in the year and I thought the customer service and guidance on use was excellent.
2. It’s local – bonus as I get to support them!
3. Best bit though, the advice and price was better than anyone online!
Thanks to Jude’s excellent customer service I purchased my first STIHL Blower – ready to use and setup, automatically registered by them and came with a full tank – ready to play!

My chainsaw wouldn’t start despite my best efforts. I brought it here and nobody took the micky! Despite it being a simple thing I had overlooked. They had it started is less than o minute and wouldn’t charge anything. There should have at least been a stupid charge! Guess where all my machine needs will go in future. Super looking well stocked clean as an operating theatre. 12 out of 5 stars for service.

Came into the Denbigh shop last week. Was unsure with what I needed to maintain and sharpen my chainsaw. Jude on the counter was extremely friendly and helpful and knowledgeable, gave me all the information I needed and showed all the accessories I required . Great stocked up shop with great great prices and the staff seemed more than happy to help out customers. Highly recommended and will definitely be returning 😁

My husband and I were looking to replace our 23yr old Stihl hedge cutter as it was becoming unreliable. While shopping around we found there aren’t many places where you can go and look at equipment and ask questions these days, so we were very pleased to find Denbigh Plant Services. It was worth a trip.

Recently went here with an emergency needing 4 screws for my hedge trimmer without which I couldn’t work. Other providers needed to order them in but these said on the phone they’d scrape them together for me and they sure did!
On arriving Jude cleaned the workings and then fitted the screws.

I visited Denbigh Plant Services last weekend and boy was I pleasantly surprised!!! Not only did Paul and Sian go above and beyond for me looking for a part for my lawnmower (my first time owning one so I’m very new to all this), but they are also very well priced. I had been looking around and Denbigh was the best option. I want to thank Paul and Sian for the lovely experience I had in store today, I will be back!! (hopefully not because of my faulty lawnmower again!!)

As a Customer service trainer I never expect to meet the standards of service that I set but I certainly did here. Paul was simply brilliant. Other companies would do well to take a trip to Denbigh Plant Hire so they could see how they fair compared to them. Unvelievable. 5 stars all day.

I have had the pleasure in doing business with Denbigh Plant for the last three years. They have always been approachable and also accommodating with all my enquiries. We have had no issues with customer service or sales or hire or repairs during this time. Denbigh Plant and all the staff that work their are easy to communicate with and all ways open and honest to give you the best practical advise they can in relation to sales or hire. I have also had my machines in for repair and service and again this was done in a timely manner as expected.
